Update From Militay Connections

The Christmas decorations are down and it is time to think about Easter! We have thousands of troops still deployed and need your help to bring Easter to Afghanistan! Please see the below information about the project. We will be sending stuffing dates out in February.

Start looking for Plastic Eggs! If you have old plastic Easter Eggs at home we would love to have them for this project.

Send An Easter Egg Hunt To A Soldier or Marine

Springtime and Easter are quickly approaching.  Want to make a difference in a soldier or marine’s deployment?  This year you can send an Easter Egg Hunt to someone deployed overseas.  Simply donate $10.00 to Military Connections and an Easter Egg Hunt will be sent to a soldier or marine.  An Easter Egg Hunt bag is filled with food, snacks, and Plastic Easter Eggs filled with candy and trinkets.  Being away from home for the holidays is very difficult for a soldier or marine and we hope that the Easter Eggs will be a great morale booster.

If you would like to sponsor a soldier or marine please send $10.00 to Military Connections Corporation.  Your ten dollars will cover the cost and contents of the Easter Egg Hunt.  You can also include a note or picture and we will put it in the finished package.  In order to make sure that the Easter Eggs reach the troops by Easter, we need to ship by March 30th.   

Want to make your own Easter Eggs Hunt to donate?  Simply take a gallon size Ziploc bag and line it with Easter Grass.  Buy 12 plastic eggs (any size) fill them with candy and place them in the bag.  Once you have your eggs together drop them off. We will add the other items to make your package complete. This is a great activity for the whole family.  Eggs need to be dropped off at the location below no later than March 30th.

Summer,

Again, I can't thank you enough for your generous donation. You added
such a ray of sunshine to my Soldiers by providing the Santa hats. We
rarely get time to really "let our hair down and unwind", however we did
just that yesterday when we had these pictures taken.

Many of my Soldiers intend to make Christmas cards with these pictures.
