Warmer weather is upon us, and our sense of community expands as folks spend more time out and about. Things are growing all around us, and through the Chamber you can grow your business too!
In the next couple of months, the Chamber has many ways to promote your business while also supporting our local neighborhoods. If the sun makes you think of golf, we have Community Golf Day on May 20th, and our Annual Corridors Golf Outing Monday, September 16th! We are always looking for sponsors for the September Golf Event, as well as donations of prizes.
In addition to these upcoming BBW Chamber golf events, we also distribute tote bags at Whitehall Community Day and Brentwood and Baldwin Community Holiday Events. There are limited logo opportunities for the canvas bags that we have printed, and a member listing goes into every bag that we hand out. You are also welcome to provide literature or a marketing item for these bags that are given out for free to community members. We will also be handing out Chamber goodie bags to attendees at the Food Truck Event at Baldwin High School in August. If you are a member business that cannot make it to the lunches, these are wonderful ways for you to promote your business to both fellow members and local residents.
As a member of the BBW Chamber, you are listed in the member directory (both print and on-line), and you have an opportunity to share event announcements and specials through member emails from Mary Dilla monthly. Luncheon attendees also have the opportunity to win a free article in the newsletter each month, and we also have sponsor tables available for both the regular and Women’s monthly lunches. The Chamber is also proud to assist in promoting and attending your grand opening/ribbon cutting events.
Did you know that the BBW Chamber is also online? In addition to our webpage that is constantly updated with current information, you can also find and “like” us on Facebook. We share pictures from area events, posts from other Chamber members, and post event information for community days, golf events and the Food Truck event. We hope you find these resources to increase your visibility useful, and we wish all of our members continued success!
